If you’re new to the CBD lifestyle, then you might be wondering which of our full spectrum CBD products is best for you. When it comes to choosing the right product for you and your family, our dedicated BHO employees are here to help! Based on the responses from a 2018 in-house survey, 75% of our consumers see relief using 10 mg of our Genesis Blend Hemp Extract twice daily, while 25% of our consumers see relief using 15-50 mg of our CBD (twice daily.)
When it comes to new customers, we always recommend starting with our 4 oz Original Strength Genesis Blend. However, each of us (and each of our endocannabinoid systems) are unique, so finding the right product may take some trial and error. Don’t sweat it–it’s all part of the process!
